The Lifestyle plan is anchored with the “Wellness Advantage” Comprehensive Blood Analysis. It’s an incredibly thorough annual screen focused on monitoring undertones of cellular level vitality using functional medicine lab ranges.
Once you’ve collected your lab, you’ll have 2 visits which can happen either virtually or in person at your preference. During the first visit, we will review your labs together and you’ll receive your Lifestyle Plan of Action. This visit allows you to customize any area you are looking to fine tune and isolate the support that will give you the extra advantage in your wellness.
The second visit is a 3-6 month follow up supporting the success of your personalized Lifestyle Action Plan. Strategic accountability and a planning for the fine tuning is powerful for your success.
