Repair & Stabilization Phases
Your New Patient bundle will deliver clarity in your current state of health and efficiently lay out your personalized functional medicine plan. Now it is time to work the plan and get you healing and create vitality through your body and life.
Upon starting your Personalized Functional Medicine plan, you will also begin Somatic Strengthening which is specifically designed to isolate hidden causes that are driving your current state of health. Somatic Strengthening is an umbrella term that includes several powerful modalities in our work together including Neuro-Energetic reorganization, acupuncture, mind body modalities and even specific body work that all help your body upgrade its ability to sustain a higher level of vitality. There is no one size fits all and your plan is unique to you and your health goals.
If your body requires the higher level of support of the repair phase, expect to have a facilitated healing session scheduled every two weeks.
While we typically see changes quickly, reassessment is scheduled at a 3 month interval to monitor your progress with diagnostics and ensure there has been positive cellular level change.
While your plan will be unique for you, it is very common for so much progress to have been made by the 3 month assessment that most patients move into their stabilization care phase. A once monthly facilitated healing session continues to solidify your health transformation during this phase.

Close monitoring of your plan with periodic changes will ensure you are on track to reach your desired health goals. A 3 month comprehensive reassessment including review of labs will direct any appropriate changes needed based upon progress and results.
Concierge level Care
During this phase you’ll have facilitated healing sessions with Dr. Alethea bi-monthly or monthly, and access to Dr. Alethea in-between visits via your private healthcare portal. Your personal patient care coordinator will ensure the successful flow of your schedule, labs and visits.
Somatic Strengthening
Access higher levels of ease and address the deeper patterns held in your body that may be the hidden cause to your current symptoms. This calm neurological state turns up your own healing power which is one of the many reasons you will have this integrated into your personalized program.
Lifestyle Support
You’ll be equipped with a series of educational materials, online resources, and take home exercises to help you integrate our healing work into your lifestyle.
Pricing
Patients can enroll in 3-month care plans, including reassessments, with monthly fees ranging from $257 to $587 based on the level of care—stabilization or repair. Please note that supplements and additional labs are not included in these fees, and we strive to keep these costs as efficient as possible for you.
